How can we subscribe?
To subscibe, simply fill in the online application form. Payment may be made by credit card online or through a direct bank transfer, if you prefer. Please contact us for more details.
Once payment is received, you will receive an ID number, which is necessary to log into our website. Your password is chosen when you apply on our website, please use this password.

Subscription Fee
A one year subscription is 144,000 Japanese yen (approximately $1,380 US). Subscriptions include data in pdf format.

Subscription Period
Statistics are two months behind the publishing date!
In order to be able to access reports and statistics for a certain period of time, you need to apply for that period. For example, if you would like to receive statistics starting from January 2004 to December 2004 then you need to apply for one year starting from March 2004. With a March 2004 starting date, you will have access to reports from March 2004 to February 2005 and you will be able to download statistics from January 2004 to December 2004. The reason why there is a two-month discrepancy between reports and statistics is because statistics are published for each month two months after the actual date. That means that statistics for January 2005 are published in March 2005. Subscribers cannot access reports and statistics outside of their subscription period.
