Country-specific Vehicle Statistics Bulletin – Monthly Graph (Free Service)
- FOURIN Group launched a “statistical graph display service” from November ●, 2011 which enables quick understanding of changes of the automotive industry and market trends in various countries. ( User registration required, free perusal）
- Graph data include passenger, commercial and overall vehicle production and sales totals broken down by country, manufacturer and manufacturer origin.
- There are two kinds of graphs.
- If you select volume graph for the current month, “Current month graph” (compared to the same month of previous year) shows data from January 2010 to current month.
- If you select volume graph for YTD, “Cumulative graph” shows current year’s accumulated data from January to current month and previous year’s corresponding period.
- If you select share graph for the current month, “Current month graph” shows only share of current month.
- If you select share graph for YTD, “Cumulative graph” shows share of current year’s accumulated data from January to current month.
- If you select “World” for region and “All” for country, all data of relevant countries will be displayed broken down to month.
- Please be notified that depending on the selection of world or region, some country, year or data type may not be included.
- Please use Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher. Internet Explorer 7.0 or lower versions may not display graphs correctly.
- Currently, production data are available for 28 countries and sales data for 46 countries. As of 2010, our company covers 89 percent of global vehicle production and 92 percent of global vehicle sales.
- Some countries lack detailed vehicle totals due to various circumstances. Also, depending on the country, there are differences in the promptness of data availability. Please refer to the list for data availability.
- Furthermore, for those who need specific figures which were used for the graphs, please subscribe to our paid monthly journals.
- In addition, for those who need detailed monthly figures by various criteria, ranging from models to installed equipment, various data are available which are provided by several private companies. They are all paid services with restriction on data usage.

Use of “Volume graph”
- If you click the
button on the top of this page, the current month’s graph of Japan’s vehicle sales volume will be displayed. Available monthly data are added automatically. - Next, you can arrange data by region/country, monthly cumulative, production/sales, data type (total, company, company origin) and vehicle type criteria, displaying results after the message of “Please wait.”
- If you select region (country), monthly/cumulative, production/sales, data type, vehicle type which cannot be displayed in graph, a “Data not available” message will be displayed.
Use of “Share graph”
- If you click the

- Usage guide is available for using the “By automaker” and “By location of automaker’s headquarters” options under “Data type.”
